The Champro Double First Base Anchor (B003G) is a steel double first base anchor post built for leagues, facilities, and programs at every level of baseball and softball who want to create a custom double first base configuration by merging a single white base and a single orange base on one unified anchor system. Compatible with Champro B001PW/B001PO and B001X/B003 bases, this anchor eliminates the need to purchase a pre-built double first base unit by giving facilities the ability to build a custom double first base from individual compatible single bases they already own or plan to purchase. The unique dual-post design merges one white base and one orange base side by side on a single anchor system, creating a seamlessly connected double first base configuration that provides the standard orange runner lane and white fielder lane that eliminate first base collisions in a custom-built setup matched exactly to the base models already in use at the facility.
Compatibility with both the B001PW/B001PO and the B001X/B003 base systems gives this anchor maximum flexibility across the two most common Champro pro-style base families, so facilities that already own compatible bases can add the B003G and immediately complete their double first base configuration without replacing their existing base investment.
The 17" L x 8" H anchor footprint and 1.75" post diameter provide the structural foundation and base separation needed to hold two full-size pro-style bases securely side by side during the high-impact activity at first base, including hard slides, overruns, force play contact, and fielder footwork on every close play of the game.
