SPC Sports Shipping, Payment, and Return Policy

Shipping Methods

Shipping options vary based on the item(s) purchased and the delivery destination. SPC Sports ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout. Some items may qualify for only one shipping method.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically and shown prior to order completion.


Processing Time

SPC Sports makes every effort to process and ship orders within one business day. Orders placed after business hours on Friday are processed on the next business day. Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.


Free Shipping

SPCSports.com offers free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Most bats ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Smaller items typically ship via USPS. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.


Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are assigned shortly after shipment and are sent via email. Carrier tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment confirmation.

Order status and tracking details can also be viewed by logging into your account on spcsports.com.


Payment Methods and Address Verification

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

For fraud prevention, orders must ship to the billing address associated with the payment method unless an approved alternate shipping address is registered with the payment provider. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be delayed for verification. SPC Sports reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be verified.


Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is charged on orders billed or shipped within the state of Ohio, as required by law.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be updated by contacting Customer Service prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Orders may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Item availability

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Address verification failure

  • Duplicate orders

If an order is cancelled, you will not be charged for cancelled items.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact sales@spcsports.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. SPC Sports will work with the shipping carrier or manufacturer to resolve the issue. Shipping costs are covered only when damage occurs during transit.


Returns and Refunds

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

To request an RA, email sales@spcsports.com within 30 days of purchase.


Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and unaltered

  • Item is in original packaging with all tags, paperwork, parts, and accessories

  • Item is in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee unless the return is due to an error by SPC Sports.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 Busines days of return receipt.


Return Exceptions

Bats

All bats are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for bats must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Apparel and Other Products

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, or removed from original packaging or manufacturer seals.

Clearance and Closeout Items

All clearance and closeout items are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Clearance and closeout pricing reflects limited availability and reduced pricing, and all sales are considered final at the time of purchase.

Item Availability

Most items listed on spcsports.com are in stock and ready to ship. Some items may be temporarily unavailable or offered as preorders. In-stock items begin processing immediately after purchase. Preorder items ship once released by the manufacturer.

Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
