• What are training baseballs used for?

They are more durable than game balls under repeated mechanical impact and cost less to replace. Polyurethane training balls and dimple balls are machine-safe. Leather practice balls are generally not recommended for pitching machine use, as they wear out the machine's wheel system faster.

• What are collectible baseballs?

  Collectible baseballs are display-quality balls used for autographs, commemorative editions, and gifts. They are not built for game use. They typically use a higher-quality leather cover and a clean white finish optimized for signing rather than performance specs. • How many baseballs does a high school team need per season?
