• What length do fastpitch softball pants come in?

  Most adult fastpitch pants come in full-length styles with an open hem or elastic ankle. Some brands offer an inseam length option (short, regular, tall). • What is the difference between open-hem and elastic-ankle softball pants?

Many teams wear practice-specific tops that are different from their game uniforms to preserve the game jerseys for competition.

• What are softball caps made of and are they different from baseball caps?

  Most softball and baseball caps use the same six-panel structured construction with a polyester or wool-blend fabric, a sweatband, and a closure at the back (fitted or adjustable). There is no structural difference between a softball cap and a baseball cap. Team color and logo are the primary purchasing factors.
